1. Livestock/poultry farmers who will travel/transport animals outside the Province of Bataan.
2. Livestock/ poultry middlemen who will transport/supply animals, animal products/by-products going out of the Province of Bataan.
What are the Requirements needed?
1. Certificate of Vaccination (Dog/Cat)
2. Veterinary Health Certificate (Livestock/Poultry)

Schedule of Availability of Service: MONDAY TO FRIDAY ( 8:00 am to 5:00 pm without noon break)
Who may avail of the Service? Livestock/poultry owners and or Individual pet owners in the Province of Bataan
What are the requirements needed? Information of sick animals to be treated
Duration: 15-20 minutes (Small Animals: cat, dog, swine, goat, sheep, poultry)/(Large Animals: carabao, cattle, horse)/Depending on the distance of the client’s farm
